I have a family tree I have created and I need to print it out on one page I have gone to page setup and specified this however when I print it out the writing is tiny.  How do i adjust this?

If you put a lot of text on one page the font will be small. If you have to only use one sheet of paper then you can increase the font size by Select All (Ctrl+A) and then Enlarge (Ctrl ++). This might lead to overlap of text so you may need to adjust.
If the result is not on paper then you could use a pdf printer and specify a much large page size. The user would then open the pdf file and zoom in to read text of part of the image.
