I have
students
completing an assignment to
create a genogram
. Several have submitted the electronic .gno file. I have downloaded and
installed
GenoPro on my computer. Nevertheless, when I try to
download
the .gno file of the student's
genogram
, I get an
error
message that "this
page
cannot be found." Need urgent
help
. Thanks.

From the Help menu you can obtain Sample files which well test if there is any problem with your GenoPro installation. If these load then there is a problem with the way the students are
sending
their files.
They can use the Send
option
of the File menu and use your email
address
.
Hope this helps

The best way to download the .gno files is to open your
Inbox
with GenoPro. Every GenoPro user has an inbox to store .gno (GenoPro) files. To open your Inbox, go to the
File
menu and select
Open Inbox and
Online Backups
.
You will be asked your email and password. If you do not know your password, just type anything and GenoPro will offer you the option to resend your password by email.
You will then see a dialog listing all the .gno files sent to you. Just double-click on the file you wish to open.
