How do I download student .gno files so I can see them?

Forum Newbie GenoPro version: 2.5.4.1 Last Login: Tuesday, May 22, 2012 Posts: 1, Visits: 3	I have students completing an assignment to create a genogram. Several have submitted the electronic .gno file. I have downloaded and installed GenoPro on my computer. Nevertheless, when I try to download the .gno file of the student's genogram, I get an error message that "this page cannot be found." Need urgent help. Thanks.
