Do not know about Macs but if he has svg graphics the tree should be visible. Alternatively if you have Inkscape on your PC it should generate a pdf version of the tree which he would be able to see.

Hello
Yes, I have both Inkscape and Irfanview in my PC when I generated the Narrative report but it doesn't seem to help. I suppose my family member with Mac doesn't have to have those, I guess? BR, Jarmo

Have a look on the web site yourself. There should be a pdf option available. If not check the options in the IE form. Default should be to write both and whn you open a tree diagram there should be a GenoPro Icon and a pdf icon to switch

I don't have an Apple Mac but I can see your SVG genomap using the Safari browser on my Apple iphone.
Is your family member using Internet Explorer for Mac as their browser? That's the only reason I can think of that they would need the Adobe SVG Viewer for their Mac. It is quite possible that this does not work well. Ask them to ensure that they have the latest Safari browser for their MAC and use that to view your report.
