When I try to download InstallGenoProGenogram.exe, GenoPro2011 shows up instead.  I accepted it and my evaluation key before I realized it was the wrong program.  I have now uninstalled GenoPro2011, but I can't get to InstallGenoProGenogram.exe from the provided link.  How do I access InstallGenoProGenogram.exe?  Thanks for your help.

Try the download again. It will say GenoPro 2011 on the header bar but if you use the Help facility Check for Update it will say you have the latest version 2.5.4.1

Well, okay, it does say version 2.5.4.1--so it really is InstallGenoProGenogram.exe, right?  But if this is InstallGenoProGenogram.exe, it is supposed to come with a 180-day registration key, and the pop-up box says the registration key is good for only 14 days, which is how long the GenoPro2011 registration keys are good for.  How come?

We purchased the academic site license (invoice 41486).  The website describing this license http://www.genopro.com/buy/site-license/ says:
The site license has a special download link where the registration key is already embedded in the executable."

We activated the account with the registration key, but clicking the Download GenoPro link in the email prompts the user to put in a registration key.

Do we have to request a custom build in order to obtain this link?  Otherwise, will we receive another email with the download link with our institutional registration embedded into the software?

Thank you.

We sent you a link for a site license to your email at upenn.edu.  I have forwarded the link again to both emails (libtech@pobox and vetlib@pobox).  If you cannot receive the email please let me know and I will try with alternative means.
