Making a guess, you have a .gno file created on a different PC but no copy of GenoPro. No problem to print it. Go to
http://www.genopro.com/InstallGenoPro.exe
and get the program (only works on a PC, not a Mac)
Run the installation program where you will be asked for a registration key. You can ask for a temporary evaluation key but for your purpose you can ignore this and proceed with the installation.
This gives you a fully working copy of GenoPro with the limitation that you can not save any changes you make.
If you have any problems getting the print out to look how you want it the
Help
section has details on printing and there is a lot of
information

Hello,
I am still having trouble locating my genogram from 540 days ago. Is a
phone
number available, to actually speak with someone? I really do not want to redo it...Thanks for your help, W.

To
find
your old genogram,
install
the most recent version of GenoPro on your computer (
http://www.genopro.com/InstallGenoPro.exe
) and use the Find File dialog (
http://www.genopro.com/help/find-files/
). The Find File dialog will search all drives on your computer for any GenoPro (*.gno) file. If you cannot find your genogram (or family
tree
), it means the file is not there.
