I'm confused on my purchase of this software. I was under the impression I could purchase a part of it and cancel it within 30 days if I wasn't happy, but I can not find a way to do that on the whole site. Could you please enlighten me as to how this works?

I issued your refund. By the way, nowhere in GenoPro is mentioned about a subscription nor a 30-day purchase. We offer free evaluation key to try GenoPro and if you purchase it, your purchase is valid for your lifetime. There is no recurring billing.

Please refund my purchase!
I decided to get the program because I thought there would be more options included...however there is not. I am disappointed that this product is so hard to use. Also there is no 1800 number for fast and easy responses to difficult programming issues. Also the genogram does not print out pages correctly. I had to cut and paste for hours to change this to even have my families aligned correctly! I was still on my trial subsciption when I upgraded, I have only had it for two days as well. I WANT A REFUND! This product is not worth the expense!!! Please refund my money, Thank you

I am sorry you had so much difficulty getting started with GenoPro. New programs do take a little bit of learning which is why there is a trial period. As far as printing problems I am guessing you did not try the Help button, which would have resolved the problems you had. There is even a video tutorial on printing there. There is also a lot of information on this forum if you use the Search facility. Looking at your profile you have made several visits but not asked for help yet so perhaps you had problems finding the answer to your problem here. As an ordinary (UK) user I find this program gives me all that I need. What are you trying to achieve?

I would like to cancel my subscription and get a refund. The software is not what I need. I emailes servicess#genopro on Feb 11 ande have not received a response. I was finally able to log back in and there isn't an option to cancel.
