I have created a simple file and used the export to gedcom to see the format of the data.
When I import it to this PC on XP Pro the dates are about 2 weeks earlier than they should be.
I have tried this also on a laptop using XP; netbook on Linux and the library Windows 7 and these behave correctly
Any suggestions as to possible problem. I have run the AVG scan today

GenoPro may be displaying the Julian Calendar, which is about 2 weeks from the Gregorian Calendar.
