Hi,
Anybody had this problem before? I haven't used Genopro for a while. It used to work. When I try to generate a report, either to the web or to my hard drive, the report generator halts at 'Please wait while IE form initializes' and the program freezes.
I am using the latest version.
Anyone got any suggestions?

Does Internet Explorer load successfully if you start it directly? Do you have the latest Narrative Report skin? (see Latest English Narrative Report skin which also has a link on how to install it)
You should still be able to run the report without the above by ticking the first checkbox on the ' Options' tab of the GenoPro 'Generate Report' dialogue.

I unchecked the box and it works. Next I'll do the narative report skin.
