i have an academic "evaluation key" but i keep getting an error message! I have a bunch done, and now it wont save!! Sad Very frustrated! 

error message readS:

 Connecting to GenoPro.com and sending evaluation key to email SDolak@gmail.com...Error sending registration key to email 'SDolak@gmail.com': File not found.  The file cannot be found in the specified folderhttps://api.genopro.com/ws.asmx
