Howto change default language of the Narrative Report for 2013.02.13?

The language of the generated report is determined as before by whatever Dictionary.xml file is found in the root folder of the selected skin.

There is a change in this version in the way the language for configuration messages is selected.  As before it is taken from the 'Document' custom tag, BaseLanguage, but now if this tag is not set then then language is as for the GenoPro GUI.

The script then looks for a ConfigMsgXX.xml file in Code/local folder and defaults to ConfigMsgEN.xml

Unfortunately at present GenoPro does not provide a method of switching between Dictionary.xml files and so the correct language version needs to be copied into the skin folder.
