Hi.

Hi have a very large report and looking for ways to reduce the number of the *.HTM files.

Since all the important "family" and the "pictures" content are alreay displayed inside the "individual" pages (XXX-indXXX.htm), is there a way to EXCLUDE from the report all the "htm" files starting with:

family-XXXAndXXX.htm

picture-picXXX.htm

and to exclude all the links and buttons leading to those pages?

Obviously the existing report is not designed to exclude those files and so my suggestions here will be on a trial and error basis.

The first part, too remove picture and family pages, is quite straightforward, simply remove the associated <Report> tags from Config.xml, e.g those with Template attributes picture.htm family.htm pictures.htm toc_pictures.htm and toc_families.htm.

Removing references to these pages is a little more difficult.  Possibly setting the Href property of these objects to null e.g. in Init.htm, may work.  Perhaps modification to the function StrHtmlHyperlink in Util.vbs may be a starting point too.

Just some ideas, if you have some scripting knowledge, that should get you started.  Unsure
