I installed GenoPro2011 just now and I'm using the Skin Narrative_2013.04.28
Because I want a german report I set in dictionary.xml <Dictionary Language="DE"> 
Maybe the Problem comes from the missing file > Code\local\ConfigMsgDE.xml ?
I need help...

The error you are getting is because the latest report skin expects the <Dictionary> tag to have a Version attribute as well as a Language.  I will suppress this error in the next version as it is not significant and does not affect the generated report.

Above missing ConfigMsgDE.xml file can be created by copying the english version, rename it and make necessary adjustments, such as the code for German from EN to DE. Translating the messages into German has not been done yet.
