I am using the latest GenoPro and report narrative. The result on the hard disk is fine.
Then I need to upload the files to my web host. This process works fine too using FileZilla. All the files appear to be in the right places. However, the result on the web is quite different. For example the 'Personal Timeline' on individual pages just show a rectangle outline. Also Icons don't show, in the heading or in the names column on the left. I tried to upload numerous time with the same results. I use the latest version of Firefox browser.
There were no problems with the previous narrative report I was using (V2.0.1.5RC8).
There are no problems using the files off the hard disk.

Does anyone else have these problems?
Thanks

Have you tried publishing to your web site directly from GenoPro via FTP rather than copying a local report via FileZilla?  I'm not sure if a local report can be copied in this way as there may be differences.

I don't know how to publish from GenoPro via FTP.
I have always uploaded using Filezilla and has always worked with the old Narrative Report.

You can publish it local, then upload your file to your web using filezilla or any other ftp client.

I have a problem understanding the terminology.
Is 'publishing it locally' mean just generating a report? If yes, then this what I do. If no, please explain how to publish locally.
Thanks

To publish direct to your web server via FTP from GenoPro click the 'Web Publishing' top right on the Tools / Generate Report dialog. You will then get this dialog displayed

http://support.genopro.com/Uploads/Images/f921a806-2b3d-4d12-990c-5c2f.png

Set the 'publish to my website via FTP radio button and fill out your ftp server details, the web directory (sub folder) to publish to and your ftp username and password.

Note that after publishing your username and password together with your ftp server will be shown in the list of 'web connections' in the above dialog.  you may wish to remove it from the list after publishing using the 'Remove' button bottom right of dialog.

I tried the Web Publishing.
There is a problem with this method. It is probably my Host.
I don't think I have direct access to subfolders, therefore,
 ftp://username:password@ftp.myhost.com/folder=http://www.myhost.com/folder
would be inaccessible (I think).
The ftp://username:password@ftp.myhost.com/folder I am not sure about because this is not how Filezilla obtains access.
The http://www.myhost.com/folder I am sure doesn't work because I don't have folder access directly.
Never the less, the report generator went through the process (taking a while). Then I went into my account using Filezilla and the folder didn't exist.

Problem solved. There is no GenoPro problem.
I contacted my web host and indicated what the problems where. I got a reply 20 minutes later saying that the problem is solved. I checked my website and it now works correctly.
Sorry for all the confusing details. I was thrown because there was a change in my use of GenoPro (namely the new Narrative Report generator) and the incorrect result from my upload.
Thank you for your help though.
