Could you please let me know how to keep my genograms out of internet visibility? When I tried to generate a report and ALL my genograms changed format - for example - document1@genomap.  I therefore guess they are visible in the internet.  Could you let me know how to take them out from there? Many thanks.

According to our records, there is no publication of your family tree / genogram under your account at http://familytrees.genopro.com

Can you please give the link where your genogram is visible on the Internet?

If you publish your reports on the GenoPro server you can then set visibility on http://collaboration.genopro.com/Account.aspx, which is your profile.
Open the list of publications and click Edit. You can either hide the report or add password protection

Many thanks for your prompt reply.  I have clicked on http://collaboration.genopro.com/Account.aspx and it gives me "Server error 404 - File or directory not found".  Can you please tell me what to do?

I believe the previous link had a comma (,) at the end, causing the error.  If you try the following it should work:

I probably expressed it wrongly.  I generated a report and after that, ALL my genograms in my PC (which previously had a .gno format) turned into a new format (for example, GenoPro2011 - [Isabel@GenoMap1]) . I wonder if, by mistake, I uploaded my Genograms in your website.  Could you tell me what have I done?

Have you changed settings in Windows Explorer?  If in Explorer you click Tools, Folder Options, View and then click 'hide extensions for known file types'  then GenoPro window title will change from say

GenoPro2011 - Isabel.gno @ GenoMap1

to

GenoPro2011 - Isabel @ Genomap1

If so, your files are still the same, it is just that the extensions are not showing.

After verification, you never published anything on our [GenoPro] server using your account.
