Make sure the label has a Background Color selected. Then right click the line invoved and from the drop down menu put the cursor on Position and from the next menu select Send to Back. There is also a keyboard shortcut which would speed things if you need to change several lines
In fact it is better to bring the box to the front, which will cover all lines

I am putting a textbox underneath the name of each person with a bit of info about them.  The problem is that you can see the line go through the textbox as the line connects down to the next generation.  How do you remove the line?
