There is no automatic provision for this, however manual methods are possible, for example see discussions Overlapped Relation Lines and Non-connected lines should 'hop' over each other.

Hello,

I've been evaluation your software and have a question. 

 Does your software support ability to jump lines or skip lines that cross each other?

 Somewhat like a bridge.
