Hello: I purchased GenePro a couple years ago and use it frequently. My hard drive crashed and I was unable to retrieve the software. I downloaded my version. Is there a way to download it again? Thank you in advance for your assistance!

Hello Susan,

You can download Genopro from the link      http://www.genopro.com/archives/   (free of charge)
and then install the program to your new hard drive.

You will then need to enter your registration key
If you can't remember your registration key, then you can follow "Appleshaw's" guide to retrieve from Genopo   (copied below)

There is no annual charge for GenoPro, so your licence has not expired.

Go to http://collaboration.genopro.com/Account.aspx
Click on the Manage link on

Registration Key

and copy/paste the key

I am in a similar situation and any suggestions are appreciated.  I lost the program software and registration code.   I now have those back.  However the only data i have from what i previously input is in a file marked "Genopro Reports".  And i can also find my genealogy tree published on the Genopro website.

is there a way to pull my data  back into the genopro program so i can use / update it - from one of these sources?

thx!

If you have a Report online there should be a link on the home page which will download your original .gno file as FamilyTree.gno. It will could be in the folder that has your Report, but that could have been lost
