My family tree has been dormant for 18 months and I want to revise it with several changes. I have tried several times, but I am unable to modify it.  Please help.

You do not give much detail about your problem. If you put the data on a Cd it will be write protected. Use file properties (in Explorer) to check if it has become protected. There is also an option on the GenoPro Edit menu - last item - so check that Read-Only Protect is not ticked.
