Is there the ability to bulk edit? Specifically add a single photo to multiple individuals.

I've recently received the '
family
photos
' - 6 albums going back to
about
1923. As you can imagine there are quite a few photos in there.
My problem is most of them are group photos. Going into each
person
's record and adding a 'New' pic together with relevant
information
is NOT something I am looking forward to.
Is there a method by which I can select the appropriate individuals and add the 'New' pic to all in a single action?
Thanks for any information you can give.
Phil
