How do I make the wheel on my mouse active so that it can be used to adjust the magnification level of English Narrative Report Family Diagrams?
Currently, I am able to move the diagram by depressing and holding the mouse left button and once the diagram is positioned, then click on the icon provided to adjust the magnification.
It will be much more efficient to use the mouse wheel concurrently with moving the diagram since the function can be done with one hand.

Reports are viewed in your browser, so it is here that you have to look. Use of Ctrl++ is normal here

Perhaps I did not express my desires clearly, on the first attempt.
What I desire is to be able to click on the left mouse button and move the diagram and then use the mouse wheel to resize the diagram as desired. This way, only my left hand is required to do the work concurrently.
The problem is that using the Ctrl + option provides no greater advantage than using the icon provided to increase/decrease the magnification.

Reports generated with later versions of the Narrative Report skin do indeed allow zooming of SVG Genomaps using the mouse wheel.

Update: Narrative Report SVG zoom with mouse wheel does not currently work with Internet Explorer. Quelle Surprise 
I will look into this.
