I bought GenoPro a few years ago for my old computer. I still have a note of the registration key I used at the time and I would like to install GenoPro on my new computer. Can I use this to install the paid version on my new computer or do I have to buy the programme again? Thanks Maureen

Hi,

If you previously bought a full version of GenoPro, your registration key should still work for the new version.

Just download and install the latest version of GenoPro, and enter your old registration key.

This is quite legal; in GenoPro licensing terms, they did at one time reserve the right to charge for a MAJOR upgrade, but they have NOT  charged for any update yet.

I have been a user of Genopro from version 1.99 right through to latest version 2.5.4.1; and legally have been allowed to use the same registration key for all versions.

You are also allowed to install a copy on both your laptop, and desktop machine for your own personal use, using the same registration key.
It can be on your work desktop machine, if you personally want to print your information at work (and if work will permit you to)

(this information can be found on the GenoPro FAQ,n and also on this forum).

Hope this helps you

Hi,
On 14 Aug 2014 I purchased a genopro registration key after several attempts to use the software.  It was unclear if the purchase was part of the free trial.  I want to know if I can cancel the subscription and get a refund as the product had several limitations.  Also, I want to make sure that I was not charged more than once (for more than one key) and that I will not get charged monthly or annually.  I tried to email genopro support, but only received error messages.  I wish they had a phone number.

Thank you,
T. R.

What you purchase you have it forever with no limitation. We will never be billed as we can't since we don't even keep your credit card number. (With all the frauds that occurred; we prefer stay in the safe side).

The free trial version have the exact same functionality as the real version during the trial period 15 days. After that; the only limitation is the number of individuals.
