I'm in the process of splitting up a rather large GenoMap (over 5000 individuals), and when I move approximately 1000 of these individuals (2846 objects) to a new GenoMap, not all the individuals with links to the original GenoMap are being hyperlinked. Is this caused by insufficient memory (I'm not getting any memory error reports, and my system shows GenoPro as using less than 16MB of a total of 16GB, with 79% of physical memory free - do I need to allocate more memory to GenoPro?), or something else? I'm running Windows 7 with current updates on a Gateway DX4860 system with an Intel i5-3450 CPU.
Edit: Maybe this should have gone in Bug Reports; admins feel free to move this as you see fit.

One more small thing... I just realized that the forum is reporting my version number incorrectly; I'm running v. 2.5.4.1 just like (nearly) everybody else; I'm presuming that's the latest version. Any ideas why it would be doing this?

So, after two very busy weeks, I finally had some time yesterday to investigate in more detail, and I've determined that the links are being created within the object properties, but in three specific cases (in this particular .gno file) those links are simply not showing up either visually or functionally. The individual exists on both GenoMaps, the entities are linked (apparently properly) within their individual properties, but they are not being displayed as hyperlinks and don't function as such when clicked.
This should not be an issue of system performance; as noted earlier, I have 32GB of RAM, and I've never seen GenoPro using more than 45MB (that's with nine files open, some of which have thousands of individuals).
I have the problem file and can send it along.

 Okay... so, I feel kind of silly now. I figured it out. Apparently, not all of the hyperlinks that were being created were being automatically activated. I haven't done anything on this scale with hyperlinks in GenoPro before (just in case you couldn't tell). But it's 4AM here in British Columbia, and I have a 9AM appointment, so I need to try to beat this insomnia for at least a couple of hours. Maybe now that I've accomplished something, my brain will let me sleep. 
Edit: I wish I'd worked on this problem with this level of sleep deprivation before I sent that file over.

So, I actually found the answer to my unrelated question (about my incorrectly-reported version number) in another thread, and it looks like uploading my not-so-buggy file to you fixed the version number glitch (good to know that it served a purpose of some sort). As a long-ago former programmer, I'm rather curious as to why... something to do with the file header information in the sent file, I would guess; post-registration, the only way the server gets updates regarding our installation is when we get an update, or when we upload data. That's my theory, anyway.
