I'm in the process of splitting up a rather large
GenoMap
(over 5000
individuals
), and when I move approximately 1000 of these individuals (2846 objects) to a new GenoMap, not all the individuals with
links
to the original GenoMap are being hyperlinked. Is this caused by insufficient memory (I'm not getting any memory
error
reports
, and my system shows GenoPro as using less than 16MB of a total of 16GB, with 79% of physical memory free - do I need to allocate more memory to GenoPro?), or something else? I'm running Windows 7 with current
updates
on a Gateway DX4860 system with an Intel i5-3450 CPU.
Edit: Maybe this should have gone in Bug Reports; admins feel free to move this as you see fit.
Thanks!
