Hi:
I bought a 10 licenses pack for a non-profit organization, because we want our social workers to work with this software. I bought this using funds froma a project, so I need the evidence that legitimates the expenses...
¿How can I get the facturation documents?

The email contains the date, price your name and company, the key(s) and the price. That's a valid invoice. Just print it.

I'm concerned with this receipt maybe not matching every legal requirement in Chile.
The kind of facturation document, receipt or bill that chilean government requires must have not only the name of the non-profit organization (called "Razón Social"), but an unique identification number assigned by the chilean taxation (or tributary) organism, called R.U.T. (Rol Único Tributario), which establishes the legitimity of the existence and operation of that non-profit organization. Also, a line which summarizes the field of activity of the non-profit organization (called "Giro"), and finally the postal address of the non-profit headquarters.
I, of course, can provide all the info to fill in the blanks, if you are kind enough to provide me this document, by any means possible.
