Family tree page returns 403 - Forbidden message

Forum Newbie Forum Members FamilyTrees.GenoPro.com GenoPro version: 2.5.4.1 Last Login: Thursday, November 20, 2014 Posts: 4, Visits: 15	I am attempting to use the free web publishing feature of the report generator, but when I try to access the tree at the URL listed in the generator, it returns a "403 - Forbidden: Access is denied" error page. I have not password-protected the family tree. I also get this error when clicking through from my account page at http://collaboration.genopro.com/Account.aspx. Could someone advise as to how I can get around this issue and view the tree I have published?
