I have two family trees on Genopro. One displays without problem. With the other a window opens with "You need an SVG reader etc." Why? I should be able to display both trees as pdf files, right? How do I do that??????

Nowadays there is no need for a plugin SVG Reader, as all modern browsers have the ability to render SVG images.  This was not always the case and the report code attempts to check that browser supports SVG and complains if it thinks it does not. As browsers have changed over time it can get this wrong.

Is it possible that your reports were produced using different versions of the Narrative Report

I shall be removing the SVG check in my next release and also the PDF facility.  PDF images were only added as a stopgap measure to overcome lack of SVG rendering in some browsers but had their own problems according to which browser was being used and which PDF reader was the default.

The current report does not function correctly when published to local disc rather than a web site.  I am attempting to address this issue before releasing the next version.
