You should be able to register for the 14 day free evaluation key with your icloud email address. If you intend to use GenoPro for an extended period then purchase is a good idea, unless you are student, in which case your tutor/professor may be able to apply for an academic license.

My other email is cfoote2010@hotmail.com. The registration process would not accept it. My question is how do I get this program started so that I can get my genogram done quickly and accurately by Sunday?

Hi Candie,
Please note that you can only run GenoPro on a Windows PC/ laptop. I point this out just because you have an icloud email.
