The best way to go on this is to 'print' it to a PDF file.  First install a PDF Printer driver on your PC. There are a number of free ones out there CutePDF, PrimoPDF, BullZip PDF to name a few.  Once insstalled it will appear in your list of printers.  So then in GenoPro select File, Printer Setup to select the PDF printer and there require page size. If the preset sizes are not what you want you you can also click Properties and then Advanced to choose a different 'paper' size. Then use GenoPro's File / Page Layout to select Single Page and then the required orientation.  Then finally select File Print and GenoPro will scale the diagram to fit the PDF page size  and you will be prompted to supply the filename to received the PDF output.   Search this forum using say cutepdf or primopdf for more background.  N.B, The Search facilty is rubbish so only use one word search terms!

I would like to enlarge it and send by email but I would also like to enlarge it and be able to have printed for an exhibit. Thank you.

The genogram can be scaled to any size you want. What is it that you really are trying to do? Print it?
