Link to an external document?

Author How can I best link my narrative report web pages to other sites where related documents reside?

Next to the standard information about names, dates and relationships I collected in the past, I'm also finding additional information in articles, stories, anecdotes and even books where family members are mentioned.  Most of these documents are stored somewhere on a web server on the internet, either managed by myself or by another member of the (related) family, or an external party.  And frequently these stories refer to more than one family member.

Hence, I don't want to copy and repeat the same story (which sometimes can be lengthy) for each individual family member but I would like to keep the story somewhere on a web server and simply link to those files.
My question is how to connect properly to these remote files?

I don't want to use the source reference options because it is actually the genealogy tree itself that is the source of the document, not the way around.

The best solution I could come up so far was to insert a hyperlink in the text in the comments fields as shown in the test text below in the bottom right corner of the picture.



But maybe there are some people with a better idea on how to do this?
