Since there is no mention of a bug forum for using Genopro 2016, I am using this one:

In the past when using Genopro 2011, a hyperlinked person could be moved to other genomaps by using these two methods:
1) if the genomap is shown on the screen its just selecting the genomap with your mouse, however
2) if the genomap is outside of the screen, you can select "pick another genomap"(top left) and then select the genomap from the total list shown on the screen. This method 2) is not working anymore using Genopro2016. Its another reason why I am still using Genopro2011 from time to time.

This is strange, I don't recall touching any code in this area.  Well GenoPro 2011 and GenoPro 2016 have identical file format, so you may save your .gno file with any version.  By the way, today I was working on the code to handle the selection between GenoMaps, and what GenoProX will have an option to 'pin' favorites GenoMaps in the top toolbar (somewhat similar as the tabs in Chrome).  Moving to a different GenoMap will list the favorites first, so someone like you having a lot of GenoMaps (821 to be more precise) may find this feature handy.  By the way, the hard limit of GenoMaps for GenoPro 2011 is 1023, so you are about 75% capacity.  GenoProX has no limit as it uses a pointer rather than an index of a GenoMap.

I confirm the problem highlighted by Maru-san:
If you choose to move the whole or only a part of genomap with "Move to genomap/pick genomap..." and then select the gemomap from the list, the method does not work with GenoPro2016.
The problem is not related to the genomaps number: even with one (1) genomap, with "Move to genomap/pick genomap...", does not move anything!
Other options (choice from display and "New Genomap"), work regularly.

Thanks for reporting the problem (version 2.9.0.9).  The command Move to GenoMap was indeed no longer working.  I think I modified the dialog to Pick a GenoMap by selecting the GenoMap when the user clicked on a GenoMap, however the original code to move to a GenoMap lost the original GenoMap.  The fix was 2 lines of code.

Yes - this is strange -  there is no such problem in my tree with versions 2.9.0.6, 2.9.0.7.
Move to GenoMap works...

Okay now! It all works well. Thank you

X Alex: check "Move to genomap/pick genomap..."

Sorry, I have not properly understood Blush
' Move to GenoMap ' works, but ' Move to genomap/pick genomap ' does not work in version 2.9.0.6, 2.9.0.7, and 2.5.4.1 too.
2.9.0.9 - Ok.
