Which browser are you using? Chrome, Firefox and Internet Explorer 11 should work fine. Where is your online report?, the last one I can see at familytrees is from 2010. 'lego audio video erro ergo disco' or "I read, I listen, I watch, I make mistakes, therefore I learn"
