When running the XML toolkit and checking the above option a new xml file is not created in the target folder.
Checking the multi-line option to create a custom tag does create a new xml file. However, checking both options results in no file being created. This feature is important for large genomaps and used to work. |

Not at all certain why this has stopped working as I am fairly certain I have not made changes in this area. However my tests confirm your findings.
I have attached a modified version of the file Toolkit.js for this skin that works for me. Please download it and replace the same file in your skin with this one and test and report back your results. If this fixes it I will get it added to the next GenoPro release. Thanks for reporting this issue.

Please check that you have correctly replaced the file. As I said this now works for me but did not before this update. A revised skin will be available in an update to GenoPro 2016 in a few days so please report again if that update still has this issue.
