How can I change my logon username and contact email address.

I am now using a different primary email
address
(outlook.com) and I'd like to change my contact address and logon username.
My old address is valid for the time being but it will eventually be cancelled.
I tried to change the address on my profile
page

http://collaboration.genopro.com/Account.aspx
) using the "My Account" link in my purchase receipt email, but I received an error message that the new address was in use for another account.
I suspect I might have inadvertently created a duplicate account during earlier attempts to change the address, but I haven't been able to log on to the forum using the new address (invalid password error).
So, how can I change my:
logon username and . . .
contact email address
. . . to my "outlook.com" email address please?
Presumably I could still use the same password
