Hi Support,

I worked on a Genogram using the trial version. I bought the full version after the trial version ran out.
I can still see and open the file , but it is missing a considerable amount of information. (people, connections, names, dates, social relationships).
I searched my computer and flash drives in case there were any other versions of it hiding somewhere; which there is not.
Is there any way for me to recover the lost data?

Both the trial version and paid version uses the same code and share the same file format.  Please send me your .gno file to service at genopro dot com and we will investigate the issue.

This is the very first time I see such an error.  Have you tried the build-in "File Find" of GenoPro (Ctrl+Shift+F) ?

No, but I just tried it and still no luck. I really don't know what happened. Is there anything else that can be done?
