I have genopro on my OLD laptop and want the data to be transferred to THIS NEW laptop!!
I was told that if I installed GENOPRO on this new laptop that the data would transfer over since I have an account.
       That has NOT happened.
What do I need to do?
Also, I need to update my EMAIL address. How do I do that?

GenoPro does not store your family data.  All your data is on your old computer.  Just locate all .gno files and copy them into your new computer.

Your details are at
http://collaboration.genopro.com/Account.aspx
Here you can manage emails, reports etc.
One way to transfer data is to use the main File menu, where you can make an online backup, and then retrieve it to the new laptop. (again use the File menu) This is also good practice in case of hard disc problems
If you have other data such as photos these will have to be copied separately as the backup only uses the .gno file.
