Hi,

randomly, when I open GenoPro, "some" pictures are not displayed, instead, I get red crosses. If I do click on those red crosses, the pictures description open, and it looks fine.then, when I click somewhere else, the red cross is replaced by the picture. I have to do this for all red crosses (random number of), which is boring.
All pictures are in the same windows 10 directory, on a ssd disk of a core I7 machine. This behaviour did exist in previous versions, both of windows and GenoPro.

What should I do ?

thanks,

Marc

The Table Layout may help you to find out the issue.   In the Table Layout (Ctrl+T), you may view a table of all the pictures, and if you take a look at the column named Path, you may find out where GenoPro expects to locate the picture.  The red X is when GenoPro cannot load the picture.

I had the same problem,  photo's on the GenoPro Tree. What I did was go to "Tools" and then use the sub menu and "Refresh Picture Properties". after a few "Refresh Pictures GenoPro remembers file locations.Smile
Try it.
