Dear
,
I
have
recently
upgraded
to
Genopro
2016
and
purchased
a
new
registration
key
.
Installation
and
registration
gave
no
problems
.
However
,
having
made
a
change
to
an
existing
tree
I
cannot
save
.
The
message
appears
that
Genopro
has
stopped
working
.
I
have
done
the
following
:
-
uninstall
and
reinstall
Genopro
2016
-
run
Genopro
as
administrator
but
to
no
avail
.
Previous
version
of
Genopro
worked
flawlessly
on
this
same
computer
(
running
Windows
10
,
fully
updated
,
64
bit
)
Any
help
would
be
greatly
appreciated
.
