I purchased a GenoPro a few years ago and I still have theoriginal CD disc and the disc cover. However, I don’t have the original key andi don’t know how to find it.
When I requested the key I got one from the GenoPro but when Itried to upgrade the key to 2016 issue I received the message that the key expiredaround 1900 days ago. It seems what I cannot purchase an upgrade for $15 but Ihave to pay $49 for the upgrade.
My version original 2011 (2.b11h) is sort of not usable. Icannot open the tabs I created below the tree page. However, I can open thesetabs with the new trial 2016 version of the software.
I would like to purchasethe upgrade for $15 or restore 2011version to the full functionality.
