I am trying to transfer my genogram to a Word document and lose the ability to hover over the person's name and display health conditions by simply copy and pasting. I am certain there is a way to do it...I just cannot figure out how. Thanks!

The tooltips are dynamically displayed when the mouse is hovering, however when you copy & paste an image (or metafile) into Word, you only get the image, and the code displaying the tooltip is gone. In the future what could be done is having an HTML document containing an image with 'regions' within the image displaying tooltips.

I have updated to Windows 10 and find that I can no longer cut and paste a chart to word.  Any suggestions gratefully received
