Problems Registering a New Key

One of my collegues is trying to register with a new key, but every time he tries to get to the GenoPro site he an error message saying ""Your administrator has blocked access to thisfunction." and "Warning (contains malicious content) Thiswebsite contains a known threat and has been blocked." Can you provide any feedback as to how I can bypass this error message so that we can get this person registered? TW
