Dear Support,
Kindly note that I have a
big family tree
that I am trying to export to
EMF
format in order to
share
it with
family members
.
The file of the EMF file is 2.34MB. It takes Genopro only few seconds to create it. but, I can't open it with any SW. I feel it is corrupted.
Can you
help
me to know what the problem is? IS there any way to convert the GNO file to JPG, GIF, TIFF or any other readable format?
Regards,
Joseph

I successfully opened your EMF file using IrfanView (although extensive
zooming
is required). Using that software you can save the file in several other formats.
