I simply want to add Ahnentafel numbers to direct-line ancestors: eg John Smith 1 (with the '1' attached to the name so that they stay together when moved) Mary Smith 2 At the moment, I add a 'label' - but it isn't linked with the person, so if I reorganise the tree at all, I have to make sure that I select and move the label as well.
