First try unchecking then re-checking the View / Genogram Toolbar on the menu.  You may then end up with a floating Genogram toolbar which you can drag to just below the main Menu bar to re pin it.

It that doesn't work close GenoPro then use Windows Registry Editor to delete key HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\DanMorin.com\GenoPro\Toolbars and then restart GenoPro. (take care with Registry editing)

Thank you for the response I tried unchecking and checking the boxes, and that did not work.  I am not sure what you mean by use Windows Registry Editor to delete key.  Is this through my windows program?  Would I found this under settings? I am not sure what you are suggesting as I am not very tech savvy? Are you recommending that I uninstall genopro?  I have uninstalled and re-installed to find the toolbar with specific health conditions like heart, diabetes, etc.

Please help I must finish this up tomorrow, 2/3/19 and I am a little frustrated that there is no helpline to call and talk with someone about this issue, especially, since I bought the program specifically for my school project.

Thank you in advance for your help

Hi, I googled what windows registry editor was and was able to follow the path and delete the toolbar with no change.  I then tried uninstalling and re-installing genpro 2018 still no change.  I am still missing the specific health conditions toolbar. At this point, if I cannot get this issued resolved by 02/03/19.  I would like a refund because your program is not doing what it says it can do, and by then I would have found another alternative for my school project which is why I bought the program.
