We are looking to purchase GenoPro and have a mix of Citrix machines and regular windows desktops and laptops. We are looking at the 25 user pack. Do you support installation in Citrix and how does the licensing work in this environment?

Good afternoon, our organization has purchased several licenses and we need to install them on a genopro installation on Citrix with terminal server. Are the licenses purchased for concurrent user licenses or users who can use the application? Is it necessary to apply or install the license for each of the user sessions when starting Genopro? Thank you.

Good morning, the email has not arrived at the email account tscom@diphuelva.org. The genopro application is installed, it works correctly and I have assigned a license with the administrator user of the domain, how should the installation be carried out so that the other users of the domain use said applied license? The license key purchased for several users can be used by several domain users or does it have to be assigned to each of the users when they start genopro the first time? Is the license purchased for 15 users for concurrent users or is it necessary to assign the license every time a user starts the application for the first time?

Good afternoon, I'm still waiting to know the procedure to assign the purchased licenses for Genopro installed on a server with Terminal server. Is it necessary to assign a license to each user when Genopro starts? Are the licenses concurrent and applicable only once on the server and are they applied when the user starts Genopro, similar to the Terminal Server Users Cal?

Sorry, for the delay of my answer. I am not an expert with Citrix. Would you like to upgrade all your existing licenses to a site license for 99 Euros?
The benefit of the unlimited site license is there is no limit on the number of users, so when your organization grows, you don't have to worry about licenses. The site license also has another benefit: the user does not need to enter/type a license key when installing GenoPro because there is no window to activate the registration key, thus saving time for the IT (or users) installing and your staff does not need to distribute and keep track of the license keys. Finally, with a site license, all employees, volunteers, members, donors, clients, guests, foster and adoptive parents, people with addictions or mental health issues, young offenders, those who are victim of violence, individuals and families receiving benefits or services from diphuelva.org are welcome to install GenoPro 2020 at home for work and/or personal projects such as genealogy.
