That is 19 Aug 1973 in Thai. Right-click on the date field and select 'Gregorian Calendar'.

The dates on my Genopro Tree have suddenly changed, how do I change them back to normal numbers?

When I try to restore the dates manually, they just keep reverting to whatever the script below is.

Below is an example of how dates of birth and death now appear:
๑๙ ส.ค. ๑๙๗๓
This should be:
19 AUG 1973
