I was able to save the initial
genogram
I generated, but when I make any changes to that genogram and resave, it gives the following
error
messages and shuts the program down. Anyone have this issue and/or know what I can do to have it start working again? Thansk.

I have not seen GenoPro crashing while saving a .gno file in more than two decades, and according to what you are describing in your email message, it appears it happens all the time.
I am guessing your computer has a special software to automatically
backup files
which might conflict with the GenoPro temporary backups.
Can you please try the following?
Go to the
Tools
menu and select the menu item
Options
. Then, uncheck the option
Create temporary backups when saving .gno files
. Click on OK and let me know if you are able to save your .gno file.
