Hello friends
Using: skin {EN} Narrative report (2016.09.27) with code 2020.04.09
Generated "Narrative report" to http://familytrees.genopro.com and when selecting a picture it appears as expected with arrow to right giving me the possibility to go to another picture (right arrow) but by pressing the right arrow I get the message:
"The requested content cannot be loaded. Please try again later."
When beeing in individuals data there is possibility to: 1. browse pictures automatically (works as expected, suppose) 2. halting the "show" (works as expected, suppose) 3. go to first/last record (works as expected, suppose) 4. or select slight selector (I don't know how this should work, perhaps flip through pictures).
Do you have an idea what have I wrong here?

That error message normally appears when the file containing the picture no longer exists or has been moved.
Use the browser's Developers Console (press F12) to see if there are any useful error messages on the console.

I don't think any of those messages are relevant.
Look for any NEW messages on the Developers Console after you have caused the error message: "The requested content cannot be loaded. Please try again later."

Since I do not have access to either your web report or your .gno file it is almost impossible for me to ascertain what the problem could be.
Does the report publish from GenoPro without errors in the Report Log? Have you tried publishing the report again to see if the error re-occurs? Have you cleared your browser cache?

Hello I generated the "Narrative Report" again and suprise no problems met so far ie. picture can be browsed as expected. |
