Tried Wizard "upgrade" choice, response returned "current version = 3.1.0.1"
Support Team helped me to re-discover permanent key ending in 32844, TMP key provided, practice file is now limited as indicated.
Hoping to use permanent key (September 2010) or upgrade at discounted rate if allowed. "Pay card" info would not register during attempt to purchase.

Best options or next steps sorely needed.
