This converts an html version to PDF, and so if the picture is not in the standard narrative report, it is not going to appear in the PDF. I need more information to try and diagnose the problem. So, have you installed the Irfanview program so that thumbnails are produced? If not please do so and try again. If you have then I need see a published Narrative Report on familytrees.genopro.com that has blank pictures. Please create a small sample .gno with no private information and generate a Narrative Report that illustrates your problem. You could also display the Chrome or Edge browser's Developer Tools (Ctrl/Shift/I) window when viewing a Narrative Report page with missing pictures and note any errors under the Console tab of the Developer Tools window Google translate: Supongo que está usando la opción en el Informe narrativo para usar hkhtmltopdf para generar su archivo PDF.
